MICHELLE: Senior Counsel, and I support our Resort Operations Team or Association Management Team, also Architecture and Construction, IT and Purchasing.

NOUR: So I joined the Brand team at resort ops as a Technical Training Manager, and I support now all of the resorts globally.

PETER: It’s been phenomenal. And that’s one of the greatest things that I like about working here. So from the business side to the businesses we support, and then also with our own leadership within recruitment and also within HR, everyone works together as a team.

MICHELLE: I think one of the greatest opportunities here is that when somebody starts at this company, if they have an idea, and it’s something that they can back up with evidence that, yes, this is something that will work or in most cases, probably will work– you have the freedom to try new things. And I think that’s really great. There isn’t a lot of bureaucracy here, so I think that’s terrific for somebody who’s really new to try new things and meet new people.

NOUR: So I came in and applied for a GSA position, which is Guest Services Associate, and I joined the company. About a year later, I was promoted to be a supervisor, and then shortly after, actually, I became an Assistant FOM, Front Office Manager. Move forward about another year and a half, I got promoted to Front Office Manager. And about two years later, I became the Guest Services Manager. It was time to take it globally and come to corporate and have a better impact on the company as a whole rather than on one resort.

PETER: The person that is willing to help and is compassionate towards their fellow associates and also the guests staying with us and the owners, as well– those are the type of individual I find that flourish the most in this environment.
